How to Play

Golden Fish is a charming timing game about a little fish leaping from one aquarium to the next. Each jump begins with a charge: the longer you hold, the more power builds up behind the leap. Let go and the fish arcs through the air toward the next tank, and the landing has to be just right, since overshooting sends it sailing past while too little power leaves it falling short. Every aquarium sits at a different distance, so no two jumps feel quite the same, and judging the gap by eye becomes the core skill. Colorful underwater scenes and new tanks keep the journey pleasant to watch, and the aim is simply to travel as far as you can in one go. It is calm, simple and very easy to pick up for a few quick rounds.

Controls

On desktop, hold the left mouse button to charge your jump and release it to jump. On mobile, touch and hold the screen to charge, then release to jump.

Tips

1. Study the distance to the next tank before you start charging.
2. Use earlier jumps as a reference for how much power each gap needs.
3. Release smoothly rather than rushing, since a calm hand gives steadier results.
