How to Play
The Lava Escape is a 2D platformer set in a scorching world of molten pits and deadly traps. Across a hundred levels, your hero has to run, jump and survive long enough to reach the way out. Lava pits wait between platforms, arrow shooters cover the paths and spikes and moving cutters punish sloppy timing. Monsters block the route too, but your character fires weapons automatically, which lets you concentrate on movement while the shots take care of anything in front of you. Every so often a boss stands in the way, a towering stack of monsters that launches slow, dangerous projectiles you need to weave between. Gems collected along the way unlock new hero skins. The difficulty climbs steadily, so careful jumps matter more with every level you clear.
Controls
On desktop, use the Arrow Keys or WASD to move and jump while your character fires weapons automatically. On mobile, use the on-screen left and right arrows to move and the up arrow to jump.
Tips
- Jump over lava pits from the very edge of each platform.
- Watch the rhythm of moving cutters before running past them.
- Keep moving during boss fights to dodge their slow projectiles.
